Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nabdah (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Nabdah is operated by AaMa Development, a company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42066321.
1. The Service
Nabdah helps you plan, schedule, and analyze social media content, and offers automation features such as comment-to-DM automation and DM auto-reply for connected social accounts (e.g. Instagram). Some features require you to connect a third-party social account, and your use of those accounts remains subject to that platform's own terms (for example, Meta's Platform Terms for Instagram).
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
3. Connected Accounts & Automation Features
When you connect a social account and enable an automation feature (such as comment-to-DM automation), you authorize Nabdah to access and act on that account on your behalf — for example, reading comments, sending direct messages, and retrieving engagement data — strictly to provide the feature you configured.
Automated actions are carried out by Nabdah directly through Meta's official Instagram API, using the access you grant when you connect your account. Your comments and messages are not passed to a third-party automation provider. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how data from your connected accounts is handled.
You are responsible for configuring automations in a way that complies with the connected platform's rules (including Meta's policies) and applicable law, including rules around unsolicited messaging, spam, and user consent.
Replies are sent automatically by Nabdah on your behalf. You choose the keyword and write the message; you can pause or delete any automation at any time.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) until cancelled. Prices, included usage limits, and features are as described at checkout and may change with notice. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and never reach Nabdah's servers. By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal until you cancel, and your use of Stripe's checkout and billing portal is also subject to Stripe's own terms. You can manage payment methods, invoices, and cancellation from the billing portal at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that violates a connected platform's policies;
- Upload or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data;
- Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service outside its intended purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
We own the Service and its underlying software, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the Service to you.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law or a connected platform's policies.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nabdah is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including actions taken by connected platforms or third-party providers.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
