Data Deletion
You can have your Nabdah account and the data attached to it deleted at any time. This page explains what is removed, how to ask for it, and how long it takes.
Nabdah is operated by AaMa Development, a company registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42066321.
1. Deleting from inside Nabdah
Sign in, open Settings, and disconnect any linked Instagram account. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access to that account and stops every automation attached to it. It also erases the people that account collected — their username, name, profile picture and follower status — so nothing identifying them is left with us.
2. Deleting your whole account
Email us from the address your account uses and ask for deletion. We confirm the request, delete the account, and reply when it is done. Asking from the account address is how we avoid deleting someone else's data on a stranger's say-so.
3. What gets deleted
- Your account, email address, display name and password.
- Every connected social account and the access tokens for it.
- Your comment automations, DM auto-replies and their activity history.
- Contacts collected by your automations, and the record of messages sent to them.
- Uploaded files linked from your automations.
4. What we keep, and why
Records of payments are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is seven years in the Netherlands. These are billing records, not automation data, and they are never used to contact you again.
5. How long it takes
We action requests within 30 days and usually within a few working days. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule, so a copy may persist in an offline backup for up to 90 days after deletion.
6. Revoking access from Instagram
You can also remove Nabdah from your Instagram account directly, under Settings, Website Permissions, Apps and Websites. That revokes our access immediately. It does not delete the account you hold with us, so email us as well if that is what you want.
